功夫尼姑 尼泊爾坐禪習武 欲讓婦女更強大

一個天氣炎熱、晴朗無雲的清晨，在加德滿都郊外的一座山坡上，幾十名尼姑圍着一座金色佛教聖地排成數隊。她們一齊做起動作。每人一隻手攥成拳頭並用力擊向另一隻手的手掌，深呼吸然後靜候片刻。

　　但這些信徒並非在這裏祈禱或坐禪，她們聚在這裏是在練習功夫套路。
